NOTICE – IRP INTERNET USERS
The Kansas Department of Revenue is excited to announce a new and improved IRP Web Application.
- The new system will implement a “fleet” registration process; a carrier may have one account with multiple fleets. This will simplify accounting, mileage reporting and provide carriers with more options.
- The web interface for the new system will be much more robust and informative. The carrier will have access to reports of their account data.
- Carriers who use the web will be issued new user ids and passwords for the new system.
- There will no longer be a requirement to maintain an escrow account to pay the $1 per transaction fee.
- Carrier’s who use the web for processing their renewal will receive a user id and password with their renewal packet.
Plan to attend a training session and learn how the new IRP system, “KARDS” will work.
